Or Dodge Omni??? |

Could be either, cars are so identical,we always called them "Omnirizons" when they were new? |

I don't think it's going to be possible to identify whether this is a Dodge or Plymouth, because the shot is so blurred. (Plodge Omnirizon ![]() |

These were made in France for the USA? I thought it was the opposite(actually, I thought it was Japanese like the Plymouth Cricket/Dodge Colt). -- Last edit: 2007-06-10 05:20:56 |

They were built in the U.S.(Plymouth & Dodge versions)and the Simca/Talbot/Sunbeam(?)was built in France.(And maybe England, too?)IIRC,the Simca/Talbot/Sunbeam(?)were different mechanically, and I seem to recall some differences with the bodies as well. They were very similar cars, but not quite exactly alike to the American model? |

Plymouth Cricket was actually an English made car,the "Hillman Avenger" |

This site offers a nice overview of the development and variants of the Chrysler/Simca/Talbot Horizon: Apparently, European versions were built in England, France and Finland. http://www.rootes-chrysler.co.uk/chry-horizon.html |

Not made in France, but it is a model designed by Chrysler France originally. -- Last edit: 2007-06-10 17:58:07 |

Judging by the grill, My guess is Plymouth |

The Dodge Omni and the Plymouth Horizon both used the Chrysler pentistar. It's hard to tell! |

This is not the Pentastar in this grill, it's the 1978-80 Horizon grill. |
