Yes a nice truck indeed, but a little bit of over-kill if you ask me… ![]() It’s a 2006 model, and it’s called "SRT-10" rather than ST 10 ![]() |

Why 2005 model? The vehicle has the restyled grille and headlamps… ![]() |

I do not know, maybe I or another admin typed the wrong year, or missed this one. |

Well, note the year the movie came out. But then again, since the movie had a lot of Dodge promos, maybe Dodge provided the truck for the production before it was sold to the public. |

Yes I know the film came out in 2005, It’s just that the Ram has 2006 model front end... Also the films features a 2006 model Dodge Charger, which is why I was puzzled... ![]() |

Movie was released in October 2005. Considering the post-production time, it was probably a pre-release model. |

I havnt seen this movie myself but I can only assume this is walkers truck, I have to agree with neptune it is overkill. I like the ram from the TV series better. |

Meh, this thing would get stuck on a rock, I still like the 1995 Dodge Ram Club Cab 1500 SLT, made him seem more real, this plus the Charger shows that it is a AD for Dodge. |

2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 QuadCab,8.3 L V-10,510 h.p 525 torque,4.56 axle ratio..Overkill..NO WAY !!! I get 15.2-15.5 average miles per gallon with 14,000 mi on the clock,My 2003 Ram 1500 Hemi achieved 15.2 under 50,000miles now with 85,000 miles its better at-16.4 city/hwy mpg.My buddies 07 Tundra 5.7 -14.7 mpg,08 GMC 1500 5.3 -15.5...So a mid 4 second-5 second flat and ahigh 12 low 13 second 1/4 mile truck or better if it hooks up, doesnt spin so much on take off gets the same as a conventional truck it is not overkill!!!!It actually makes sense. The reason they stopped production is they never made a 2007 Dodge Viper and the 8.3 L was upgradded for the 600+ horsepower 8.4 litre and if the economy didnt crumble we would of seena 8.4 L srt-10 Ram.As for made in mexico, its still in America as Canada is in America so its still American..look at the world map,North,South America its American...as vW ford imports are also made in Mexico,as Mexicans,Africans assemble cars in the U.S what is your point? |
