If this one is 9C1 someone changed to 6" wheels...notice how the hub cap extends beyond the rim compared to the 9C1/F41 7" rims. |

I never noticed that!! Of all the hubcaps I've seen, I never known these came in different sizes!! Sweet. |

It is the wheel that is a different size. The 9C1/F41 package came w/ a 7" wide rim compared to the stock 6" rim. The extra 1" is on the outside in order to maintain the original offset. This gives the wider wheel a deep dish look which can be seen on car so equipped. The 8" wide Corvette Rally rims will fit the F41 cars and the 5 lug 8" Chevrolet 2wd Truck rim will fit the 9C1 cars, both of which one occaisionally sees. Jim |

I'll always wonder why they painted over the Chevy logo on this car in great shape yet kept the Pontiac logo very visible on the LeMans which was rusted and banged up not to mention every other car ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-05-21 03:53:43 |

Old main pic shows the grille a little better, but looks like it was a crop shot:![]() |
