Didn't the 2000-2005 Deville DTS have the Cadillac logo in the centre of the grille, whereas the one without, which had a little crested badge hood ornament, was just the DeVille base model, known simply as the "DeVille"? |

Nineties? I was going to suggest the 1997 Seville Luxury Sedan (SLS) because of the wheel covers, but the shape of that amber turn-signal lens seems out of place... Alloy wheels with eight openings (like those seen here) appeared first on the custom Cadillac "LSE" in 1993, then on the Seville Luxury Sedan (SLS) in 1997, in satin or chrome finish, and the same for the Eldorado in 1998. It's a 4-door car so we can eliminate the Eldorado. |

Um, aren't you supposed to a Cadillac expert, the Seville and the Deville look totally different! Unless you're posting on the wrong page. Also isn't this a just a "DeVille" instead of a "DeVille DTS" (the more pricey model) since the grille doesn't have the badge in the centre? |

Ya, its just a plain DeVille, no DTS. |

OK, guys, so WHAT is it? I'm only mildly interested in post-1981 models, which is why this one has me stumped, even though I have in my collection many original or copies of Cadillac catalogs from 1903 up to 2003. I don't see this model in any of them since 1993, date when that particular wheel cover first was used by Cadillac. Hey, G-Mann, as "antp" pointed out, my expertise extends only to 1981 ...although I do like to try to identify (from pictures I've got) a few Cadillc models of later vintage. |

BTW, in my earlier post I mentioned the prototype 1993 Cadillac "LSE". That means "Luxury Sedan for Europe". I wonder how many they sold there ? |

I guess they do not sold lots of thems... especially if they did not had a diesel engine ![]() |

It is just a regular Deville (Link to "autos.msn.com"), since it's got the chrome grille and the Cadillac crest on the grille (although the DTS also had a badge on the hood when they had night vision). |

That's a late model. They used that front end starting in 2000 if I remember correctly. |

Kosta's car at the end of the movie. The joke here is that Greek men often replace their cars with the same one, with an updated year. Notice how Kosta drives nothing but black Cadillacs in this movie. |
