Ford Falcon? It kind of looks like a Taurus or early 90's Crown Victoria. And Ford Excursion, Econoline series vans and Crown Victoria are the only cars availible for police use made by Ford. Except in the 80's and vary early 90's when the Mustang coupe was offered. |

And it could be a Mercury Grand Marquis or Lincoln Town Car... |

i would go with ef falcon due to the fact that it doesnt have a grille wich was unique to that model people wernt to comfortable with fact that they didnt have grilles ford put one back in the el series even though it is just for show and i dont know what they put into falcons in kiwi land but here in oz we only have straight sixes and v8s straight six from 1960 to the present and v8 from 1967 till 1984 and 1991 till present |

This is a Ford Falcon EF, which was built in Australia from 1994-1996, the EF Falcon did not have a grill, however EF Fairmont, NF Fairlane and DF LTD, did have a grill, however this grill was fake. The EL Falcon, which was built from 1996-1998, did have a grill and a more ovel shaped headlight, and the grill was real, but the EL Fairmont, NL Fairlane and DL LTD shared the same headlights, bonnet (hood for those yanks), and fake grill as the EF Fairmont, NF Fairlane and DF LTD, and both EF and EL came with a 4.0L straight six (a home grown aussie motor), and a 5.0L V8 (which was an american engine), both in Australia and New Zealand. The Ford Falcon died in America in about 1968, but Australia kept making them and still are, the Falcon is built in Australia and in the 1970's was shipped out to New Zealend and South Affica, but is now only sold in Australia and New Zealand. |
