The front bumper has a flat area for a European-sized registration plate, so this is actually a Chrysler Neon (as they were badged in European markets). |

Although set in New York, this scene was actually filmed in England, so this is indeed a European market Neon rather an a US market one. It seems to be left hand drive, perhaps this was brought in from Europe, or they might have put a fake steering wheel on the left hand side. |
