boonch ◊ 2011-08-21 21:25	that is a 1962 impala super sport , I was one of the guys that built that car. It had all gold LA Wires, a aqua blue paint job painted at conway collisions, a 383 stroker chevy engine 700r transmission peanut butter leather interior and a four switch hydralic set up from reds the car was not sold it is still owned by Steve Conly right here in conway they paid him to let them use the car for the movie

ZachWish ◊ 2011-08-31 19:37	It's location is actually in Los Angeles, CA with someone involved in the movie. They have owned it for more than 12 years and it has been garaged the entire time. Most of the description boonch said is true. However, the engine is not in working condition anymore and it needs a little work. It is a 62 and there really is no hydraulic set up. They set it up to be a low rider, but never bounced the vehicle, so the chasis is in like new condition.
