stpaulcarguy ◊ 2008-04-05 01:15	Now this was a superior machine, 10 Grand worth of gimmicks and high priced special effects. The rear windows leapt up with a touch like frogs in a dynamite pond. The dashboard was full of esoteric lights and dials and meters that I would never understand.
Cadillacnut ◊ 2008-05-22 19:38	Two of the four 71 Eldorado's used for the movie have survived I have both of them...They where later used in the movie XXX Charlies Angels and Rat Race. They also made apperances in a few tv shows. The two cars both still run and I use one of them as a cruiser on nice days. If you reallllllllly want one of them contact me. Be warned they are going to be very expensive I just love them that much!!!

Be warned they are going to be very expensive I just love them that much!!! what? they did not really crash the Cadillac, only slightly damage it. so all in all all cars should have survived so far.

Nick Rynearson ◊ 2022-05-20 00:14	In the book the White Whale was a Coupe Deville, Duke at one point while overfilling the tires thought of, "If these explode, I can sue the rental company and get a Eldorado to drive around in" so in a way this is both of those combined into one
