 Appears to have non-wraparound parking light housing of 47/48, however the trim at doorhandle level was a feature of the 49/50 models.

 Bumper and belt molding indicate it's a '49 or '50.

 I think you should be able to see the turn signal housing if it were the case. I reckon it's another case of an older car with updated bits.
