I saw this on GettyImages many years ago. It is stock footage, and I remember the title on the video said "McClain's Law (movie)", which mystified me, as I don't think there was a movie based on that show. Unless they meant the pilot. Here it is. According to the tags, this footage dates from 1997, though I wouldn't really trust that.
