Appears to be one of these: http://www.pilato-spa.it/en/company/history.php (under 2008) Somebody has added Hearse to the description but I wouldn't considering it's an Italian vehicle in an Italian location so using an English word is inappropriate. |

Why not? Even in Italy it's an accepted custom to have space for at least two passengers behind (I'm not sure if are legal for four or five passengers, including the driver), plus the coffin. Why, it's possible to have pleasure rides in a hearse? |

In the US, the casket usually rides by itself and the family/pallbearers are transported in a limousine following the hearse. |

I remember meeting "The Queen" a couple of years ago on a funeral trade show and I felt significantly older after having walked around her. It's big enough to receive its own area code! |
