Not really. His version has the MGM logo, so it was probably the original version meant for theaters. It seems close to the 1.85:1 ratio of widescreen movies from that era. The version on Tubi and Prime seem to be the full screen version (4:3) used for television or video release. It was probably filmed in open matte format, where they film in full screen but block off the top and bottom of the frame to make the cinema or widescreen version. |
