 It is the name of one of the characters in the movie (and due to English synonyms for an actor role in a movie and a letter, "L character" sounds strange :D)

 It was in Japanese, but with (unofficial) French subtitles added, as I do not understand Japanese :D

Indeed we should list more of these movies. At a time I was watching "many" Korean movies but in these it is always the same Hyundai/Kia/Daewoo. At least in Japan they have a larger number of models never seen outside Japan.
