The star of the original film, Patty McCormack, was offered the role of the mother here, but she declined because she didn't like the script. Starring Blair Brown, Lynn Redgrave, David Carradine, and David Ogden Stiers! I am a bit disappointed by the ordinary appearance of our titular character. I would have thought a "bad seed" in 1985 would have neon-coloured hair, leg warmers, eyeliner, a mohawk, piercings, and a sleeveless shirt. Another remake for television would air in 2018. Airdate: February 7th, 1985

I am a bit disappointed by the ordinary appearance of our titular character. I would have thought a "bad seed" in 1985 would have neon-coloured hair, leg warmers, eyeliner, a mohawk, piercings, and a sleeveless shirt.

Another remake for television would air in 2018.
