The first tram is a real Philadelphia streetcar (or "trolley" as they are called in Philadelphia):

The second and third thumbnails show a tour bus styled to look like a streetcar, so an entry should be added for it.

Yes, Routes 10, 11, 13, 34, and 36 are the Subway-Surface Trolley Lines, Route 15 is a semi-heritage trolley, and west of Philly Routes 101 and 102 are the Media-Sharon Hill Lines.

It does seem to be filmed in Philadelphia, though. The "New Look" bus is from SEPTA, the local transportation company, and the Coronet taxi has a billboard for Jacquin's London Tower gin, based in Philadelphia.
