Elle est exposée chez le distributeur Cadillac où se rendent Buddy Holly et les membres de sa formation pour y choisir une nouvelle voiture. Trois d'entre eux y prennent place. Je n'ai pas de cap de l'auto en question. Je laisse le soin aux cinéphiles de la faire, le cas échéant. Ce modèle, la Cadillac "Le Mans", ne fut fabriqué qu'à 4-5 exemplaires en 1953. That one was built late in 1953; it was updated in 1959 and retro-fitted with a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado engine but remains a "1953" Le Mans.
