Is there any a reason why it was filmed in Germany? Seems like an odd filming location for a 1970s American movie... |

I've seen the movie; the Impala and Nova are only seen for one shot and aren't involved in any action, I don't even recall anyone interning or exiting them, so both definitely qualify as background vehicles (1 star) even if they have implied roles. As for the Capri, it's parked alongside the road for the whole scene (which is only about a half a minute) and never moves; definitely sounds like a 1 star/background vehicle to me... |
