It is the FN.333S Riviera. It was designed by Nardi and after three prototypes 30 amphibians were produced by SIAI-Marchetti from 1960 on.

At the very end of the movie a rea end of a GM wagon is visible: for me a '64 Buick Skylark Sportwagon (or a same year Vista Cruiser by Olds.).

Set in the Dominican Republic. Strangely a '61 Chevy has at the right of a plate (maybe fake) the international symbol for France (F) and the movie is French...
