Re the background shots ;- the red car #30 with its back to us is Mantovini's Maserati 250F at the 1954 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps. The green #22 is Stirling Moss in the Maserati 250F at the same event. The pic next to it is the start of this event with the #20 Maserati 250F of Bira closest and the #8 Ferrari of Maurice Trintignant behind it. The two shots above that are at Nurburgring. The red 'film' car might be a modified Gordini??

Vague online hints that this 1952 Ferrari 375 [375/02] "Grant Piston Ring Special" entered for Johnnie Parsons in 52 Indy 500 but withdrawn - /vehicle.php?id=494555 - may have been used in some US filming; livery unknown.
