Sorry about my ignorance, but where does this take place? Im trying to think of what state had blue and white plates and required them on the front of the car. Michigan recently phased-out their blue and white plates but they were only issued for the rear of the car and these look a little different. |

I think the American Pie films are set in Michigan. Front plates for states that don't have them are a common movie mistake; it happens a lot with Florida plates. |
