dsl ◊ 2016-09-24 20:03	BZO 809 was June 68 Dublin issue, comes up as Hornet 998cc. So Mk3. Interesting about Irish assembly - I can believe it, but the only Elf/Hornet assembly I know of apart from Longbridge was in New Zealand.
bmccoy ◊ 2016-09-24 20:34	Yes it would be a Mk III. Booth Poole in Dublin assembled Wolseley, Riley and MG cars for the Irish market up to the early 1970s. The list price of the Hornet in 1968 was £799 including duo tone paint and leather interior (which this car retains though in poor condition).
