The first one appears briefly as onetime sleeping quarters of George E. Stone's character, the second is one of three fire trucks rushing to an appartment building fire where Lorre's character is about to literally lose his face: Additonally, there are these two backgroundmobiles: Scrap heap:

Some details are like an early '20s Dodge Brothers but a landaulet limousine isn't typical for the brand.
