 Overly long and boring film loosely based on the life of Patrice Lumumba, set around the president of an unnamed African country. Filmed with the participation of the black actor community of the USSR and citizens of 30 African nations.

Filming locations appear to be Belarus (produced by Belarusfilm) and Gabon (with the 55 Chevrolet appears a helicopter registered "TRF")
