I thought about the Boeing 247 too, but on the picture I have , the engines shape doesn't match...but there were maybe several series with differents engines?

This is an early version before longer engine covers were added to reduce the drag. With that modification they were named 247D. Almost all older 247 were modified, making this a very rare image!

The roadster is NA 0613, a fourseater, I have recently finished the restoration of this car. There is enough clues in the movie and what I know about the history of the car, that I am sure it is 0613.
