 This actually sounds kind of promising, compared to the identical garbage t(w)een series that Disney has been churning out for the past six years or so.

 Well, it is a sequel to the beloved 1990's ABC Sitcom Boy Meets World.

Speaking of 1990's ABC sitcoms, Reginald VelJohnson of Family Matters played a New York City cop in last week's episode.

 just curious.. there was no cars ( other than Rachel's Beetle ) in Boy Meets World ?

Shawn did got his father's pick-up truck when he passed away, no ?

 There were. There was an episode where Cory drives his dad's car, Shawn and Topanga are with him and he gets in trouble, and I'm pretty sure that was a new at the time Ford Taurus. There's the episode where Cory and Topanga elope, but it's hard to tell what Cory's driving in that episode, a few other vehicles here and there, but yeah, not a lot of cars seen in Boy Meets World.
