 AKA "Uuno Turhapuro - pisnismies"; the title used on the packaging and menus of the DVD I have.

Mercedes-Benz probably has some kind of product placement deal, as part of the movie is situated in a Mercedes-Benz dealership and some of the main characters drive MB:s.
A-Klasse and SLK wrapped up in gift paper:

The film also features quite a few cameos, including one by Renny Harlin, who asks the main character (Uuno Turhapuro) for an autograph:
