I always wondering about yhe set up for this film,Maximum Overdrive and original novel. I mean,if the trucks, eletritics, and even R/C trucks are alive, than why normal,cars(sedan,minivan,hatch,coupe,wagon...etc) seems not afforted? |

Because trucks are more menacing? |

Probably... a movie about a possessed 1985 Pontiac Firefly would be more on the comedy side.... ![]() |

"Trucks"? Did they think long over this name? At us this film is known as "Zone 51". |

I found a VHS copy of this movie at a garage sale near me for 50 cents. I added some of the background trucks seen at the junkyard, hopefully they get approved because the quality of my VHS is appalling. |

In total, I added 6 background trucks seen in the junkyard scenes. |

Not as silly or fun as Maximum Overdrive, but definitely a better-made film. There's actual tension and suspense, such as when two teens need to crawl around a truck's wheels to escape a sewer drain that said truck was filling with exhaust fumes. |

"For Mike" 1. Maybe a Case? 2. Michigan, maybe 175B ( Link to "www.marketbook.ca" ), and a 1965 Imperial on the right 3. Austin-Western BLH 4. More Michigans, maybe 125 |

![]() If this is official, that means that this movie got a proper 4K release BEFORE Maximum Overdrive ![]() Note: Not sure if this is a different version than the Blu Ray, if so then should the thumbnails be replaced? |

I found an alternate dvd cover for this film, and the western star on the cover has been replaced by a cruise-liner![]() -- Last edit: 2025-02-18 13:34:28 |
