Years ago I remember hearing someone on TV rhyme Hyundai with Sunday, but the H was much heavier than an English H, more like a Scottish/Polish ch. |

The closest approximations I can give for pronunciations, as far as locales are concerned are: UK: Hun-Die South Korea: He-Yun-Day USA: Hun-Day I don't think so. Haeundae is pronounced: "Hay-Yoon-Day", different from the motor company. -- Last edit: 2015-05-05 03:37:08 |
