 The Triumph is a major part of the film, breaking down, racing, speeding etc.

Reasonably good but somewhat forgotten independent film written by and starring Peter Capaldi and with a score by Chris Rea. It's a road movie where the main character drives from London to Glasgow. Filming locations are:

What's fenced? Looks like a wee location for Eso's, something Standing Stones of Callanish-ish.

 Superb contribution, Sandie! The Bond Minicar and transport cafe scenes were filmed only a ten-minute drive away from me, yet I hadn't seen this film before now. Many thanks for bringing it to my attention! :)

 Thanks, the film is available on Vimeo in good quality if you are interested. It's difficult to find on DVD etc.

 I went to see it when it came out - I think it was at GFT (Glasgow Film Theatre - only cool films allowed, no rubbish) and there was a fair bit of local PR/hype at the time - but it didn't leave much of a mark afterwards.
