Mainland Chinese film filmed entirely in Hongkong and with HK actors...though this Isuzu looks suspiciously mainlandish:

 Dogs? Hong Kong producers seldom make the movies about dogs, and this should be for China market mainly.

 Yes, it's a dog film. But like I said, it's a Chinese movie filmed in Hong Kong with HK actors.
