Nothing on imdb, but http://www.screenonline.org.uk/film/id/1357152/index.html gives info. Set of 3 different mini-features about preparations for war which are joined to give a 10-minute item. 1st film "Who Are You?" is about compiling the national registration of everyone for issuing Identity Cards, and Standing By is a hospital ... um ... standing by in readiness for air-raid casualties. The third film "Where's the Fire?" is the only one with stuff in it for us - there are no entries from the other two. Shows preparations and practice by civilian members of the AFS (Auxiliary Fire Service).
