Cette sorte d'ode aux braves gens ne montre qu'un véhicule, un gros taxi Peugeot qui joue un petit rôle.

One of the best movies in Marc Allégret's otherwise uneven career, this kind of 'ode to the decent people' is graced by the almost absolute beginner Michèle Morgan and the great Raimu, and many of those excellent French second rôles.
