what I liked about this film is that they didn't include any recent cars in the opening scene. Romero was trying to show that the movie was a sequel to Dawn that happened in the late 70s so most of the cars you see here are from the 60s and 70s and not 1984-5 models to try and show the audience that the survivors have been down in the bunker for years and the zombies roam the earth |

It's on my to-see list, but that youtube version is, as usual, upscaled and has that annoying washed look that usually happens when grain is too violently removed and/or the video is too compressed, so I might stick to plain old grainy HD. I'll see. |

Turns out that when resized back down to 498p, the youtube version did look much nicer than the grainy HD, so I used that one to replace the pics. I also added three vehicles I think were not listed. Here's a nice bonus shot: ![]() |

Out of the first three "Living Dead" films, this one has the best effects but the weakest story and the least-well-written characters. "Choke on 'eeeeem!!!! Choke on 'eeeemmmm..." |
