The first Dr. Kildare movie from MGM, second altogether. Apparently, it marks the first time Lionel Barrymore appeared in a wheelchair. The movie is shamelessly stolen by Nat Pendleton as a boneheaded ambulance driver.

Reuses some of the opening credits footage from Internes Can't Take Money.

Rather a creepy-looking hospital and a partly visible backgroundmobile:
