"Sounds" like a TD/TP, but the hood of this one is a lot more flat and the grille is slightly different (the fenders are just with larger extensions). Was there a modified version of the Isuzu truck in Philippines? Or did the TD/TP had a successor? I should not "work" too much on GM trucks: I read "GMC" in the grille "emblem"?
