I vote 59+ Mk2 Zephyr 206E, maybe even 61+ for hubcaps.

Most definatelly a Zephyr because of the straight strip and the single colour.
I know that several Zephyr has the Zodiac "bend" strip, mine is one example, but this was how they originally looked like.
All Zodiac had a two tone paint job when factory fresh, with the partition at the strip, and couldn't be ordered in a single colour. One that thought the Zodiac sceme to brash had to repaint it... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11RvAsiP8zQ .
Also a Zodiac should have had chromed wheel embellishers, and a Consul had a shorter front wing and several other small differences.

Agree it's a later model, with factory disc brakes, if original hubcaps.
