That Plymouth closest to the picture is interesting. It is in the new at the time NYPD blue color scheme, but doesn't have the NYPD Lightbar or the white stripe on the side. It has the older style NYPD light seen on the green/white cars plus the interesting red circular lights. Any explination? |
