Not a lot of recognizable vehicles in the trailer, the Tokyo scene has a couple of armored transport trucks that aren't too well lit, as well as a bunch of burnt out wrecks that can't be picked out too well in the scene.

The London scene with the police cars, though, is a little easier. Both are BMWs, an [F15] X5 on the left, an [F46] 2-Series Gran Tourer on the right.

There's a different motorcycle after that, not sure what that is, followed by a Suburban/Tahoe LTZ (might be similar to the Suburban seen in the Knuckles mini-series, but with darker finished wheels), and that's it.

I just feel that based on the looks of the wrecks, we do not fully get a Japan vibe in the set design other than a Toyota Crown police car/taxi wreck. Filming took place in London, with Canary Wharf being a fill-in for Tokyo, with the Shibuya Crossing being edited through CGI. I'm surprised that they did not let Tokyo Drift get filmed in Tokyo, but allow Sega and WB to destroy Tokyo for Sonic 3.

Here are all the wrecks that I can find.

The Tokyo police cars seen on location in Canary Wharf are JDM Toyotas that I don't recognise. Two of the armoured trucks are Mercedes-Benz Varios.

And here's a Ford Crown Victoria on an American small town set built at Bourne Woods in Surrey.

The JDM police cars seem to be S200 Crowns. Not bad for a foreign production, even though it's missing the prefecture name usually written on the side to indicate which prefectural police the vehicle belongs in (the one in the photo just says "police").

So real cars, imported?, that's cool, because the example was fake UK versions of the Japanese cars to make it look one?

Not sure if they ARE decommissioned "patocar"s, but I'll give them points for using an actual vehicle model that the real Japanese police uses, unlike the Avensis which were never sold in Japan since the last gen flopped...

Do police cars in Japan ever get auctioned off once it gets retired? or do they just get sent to the scrap yard? Just a curiosity.

A few seem to survive (somehow), but by and large they get scrapped to prevent abuse. A complete opposite of the US where most FCV taxis are decommissioned police cars (or at least they were in the old days)

From the looks from the trailer Shadow is very much Keanu Reeves in a hedgehog costume.

Could it be that the "Kyokujitsushou" seal used by the Japanese police is copyrighted? The same way that the liveries and seal of the NYPD are trademarked?

The trailer from Paramount Brasil features some new scenes, one of them features AEC Routemaster RM371 WLT371 currently owned by Ensignbus. Can't seem to add a picture but its 13 seconds in the trailer.
