Do the lug nuts tell us the model or did they both have the same amount of studs? Also shouldn't we add Medium Duty to extra info so it does not confuse people when they are looking through the F-Series 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton models.

For this generation, 6-stud Budd wheels for both the F-500 and the F-600, as factory mounting. F-700, F-750 and F-800 had 5-spoke Dayton wheels, but there again, no difference between models, and the F-7000 used 10-stud Budd wheels.

Some find it useful, I find it useless: extra-info don't appear in search results , you can't search on both the name and the extra-info, as they share the same research field, and you can't sort them on that criterion. And when you are on the vehicle page, the difference between light-duty and a medium-/heavy-duty is clearly visible, usually...

Besides, the purpose of the IMCDb is to see what vehicles are in a movie/series/documentary, not to identify vehicles (there are other sites for that), which is our job, as contributors. Will normal users / visitors be "looking through the F-Series 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton models" and then be confused?
