Land-Rover 109" Series II or IIa, a Station Wagon as far as I can see (1958-68). This one is definitely a Station Wagon. This one looks like a pick-up with a non-standard rear hard-top. |

I agree the second one is something non-standard. don't believe the first is a station wagon though. There is no line on the rear body showing the outline of a back door, and the rear side windows are roughly the same size and the bottom of the window is a good bit higher than the front window. I think this is actually a window hard top fitted with the optional tropical roof. Although never officially available in the UK, export hard top models could be specified with the tropical roof. It is probably decked out as a crewbus with full length side facing bench seats in the rear. |
