This is part of an action scene at an airport, but I don't think it's a real airport bus -- I mean the kind used for taking passengers to and from planes, which have doors on both sides so that passengers can always get in or out on the side facing the plane. Example airport bus for comparison: http://www.neoplan.de/en/Products/Airport_buses/Picture_gallery.jsp -- Last edit: 2006-09-10 14:47:51 |

It appears to be Dunsford Park airfield in England. This set report from a Bond fansite specifically mentions the articulated bus: http://commanderbond.net/article/3373 |

I think it's this one (99%): A Volvo B88G, body Den Oudsten. The G in B88G is for 'gelede', wich means 'articulated' in Dutch. Front: http://www.uitgaansbus.nl/pix/bus-b88g.jpg Back (not articulated): Link to "www.johnveerkamp.com" |

Behind the scenes shot (notice the dummies, they aren't really visible in the finished film though): -- Last edit: 2012-12-23 17:00:35 (G-MANN) |

Today I have read a little article in my TV-guide. There are two buses used, nr. 530 and 535. The buses have spent all of their lifetime in the city of Utrecht (Netherland) and were shipped to England this year to act in the stunt with the yellow tanker truck. So make and type are correct... -- Last edit: 2006-10-19 19:06:35 |

With body as Den Oudsten B88G (the "articulated" part is not necessary). |
