1971-73 B-Series for sure. Maybe a Sportsman?

Looks like "PLYMOUTH" in the grill, so 1975+ Voyager.

Never heard of this model before ... can't have been popular compared to the Dodge.

It was only sold in passenger version, no cargo vans. Introduced in 1975 and sold until 1983. Replaced by the minivan Voyager. Dodge was more popular because most were cargo or conversion vans.

He's right. My neighbor had one. It was a window van with long wheelbase and had been specially converted for wheelchair use, complete with control switches on the side.Sadly, the man passed away about 4 years ago and the family sold the van, probably for scrap. They had it towed away.Sure enough, it had "Voyager" badging on the side.

I actually own a 1975 plymouth voyager van like the one in the photo and it is in excellent condition...I'll attach a link or photo of it.
