Ingo ◊ 2013-01-08 15:30	Sshhhh! Keep quiet! What shall the people think? I'm afraid about my reputation as a NSU-fan. It's very indecent for them, to be known as a VW-fan or connaisseur. We NSU-freaks think, that we are more exclusive people. The damaged one looks 1965-ish to me (if the windscreen is big enough), the blue on the main pic can be a 1967-only, as the wheels are looking like the 1967-69 two-tone rims, and the headlights can be upright, too.

Seems not to have the thinner 1967 side chrome nor the sloping bars on rear bumper. 1966 by the wheels if vented, but think not so 1965. -Thumb is with old vent window, smaller windows (although not so easy to see) and the wipers are hidden. Rims are 1964. So, 1964 is my opinion.

rpcm ◊ 2013-01-08 22:55	About the main pic car, since the image is blurred (and the car is on the move) it's not possible to be sure about the thickness of the chrome trim or the wheel design. Nevertheless, as pointed by Riluna2, the rear numberplate is vertically positioned as seem to be the headlights, as pointed by Ingo, so 1967 makes more sense. About the thumbnail car, I agree it seems to be a 1964 one, something that is confirmed by the front indicators.
