From what I can find, Omni back up lights ran along the bottom of assembly. As these are on the side, I make it to be a Plymouth Horizon. |

I believe 1984 was the first year for those taillights, but not 100% sure  |

Yep. Those are Horizon taillights,starting in 1983. |
