The vertically stacked headlights are 1981+, but the tail lights look older??

1981, and if it has 4WD, it's strictly a K-10.

The taillights don't even look like they're from the 1973-80 GM pickups.

They look more like Ford Taillights.
Probably a different style exclusively for the Central/south American Market.

Is this Mexican made?

Wikipedia doesn't list a Mexican assembly for this generation, so I assume it was imported from the USA. (Seems unlikely that it came all the way from Argentina or Chile)

If it's a US built truck, it didn't come from the factory like that.It has to be modified then.

With this grille, it's a 1981-1982 model. And if it is a 4WD as you guys say it is, then it can only be a K-10 as Ddey said.

C10. This is a 2wd truck. The lower wishbone is visible in the thumbnail.
