According to Wikipedia, the Spirit was also built and marketed in Mexico as a Chrysler, and "The Chrysler Spirit with MPFI 2.5 L engine was sold in Mexico from 1991 through 1995, and was exported in small numbers to Argentina and Brazil from 1993 through 1995." They also say that the Spirit R/T was "very popular with Mexican police departments." So I guess this is a 1993-1995 Chrysler Spirit, made in Mexico, possibly an R/T.
