It is no M38, it is probally one produced during WWII. SO a Willy's Overland MB Jeep. I think Willy's Overland is the official name, while Willy's is the name people use while it is easier (shorter)

I thought it was another company, from Brazil, making Willys vehicles under licences...
But according to Wikipedia, "Willys (pronounced "WILL-iss") was the brand name used by the United States automobile company Willys-Overland Motors". So we would have to list the vehicles as Willys, not Willys-Overland...
