Profile for user wrenchhead - Country: USA (United States of America)

I am a retired engineer (model 1937) and live in the USA. I watch a lot of older movies and enjoy trying to identify the cars I see. Just found this site (early 2006)and am enjoying it a lot. Just for fun I thought I would list the cars I have owned. Some were real nice others were clunkers/school cars. The old ones didn't last long as I was young and drove them hard will little or no maintenance - I'll let you guess which. Listed by model year and not order of ownership:
1929 Model A Ford
1930 Model A Ford Roadster/Buick HotRod
1937 Chevrolet Special
1937 DeSoto
1947 Chevrolet Master Coupe
1949 Buick Roadmaster
1953 Plymouth
1954 Buick Century Convertible
1955 Plymouth Savoy
1955 DeSoto Firedome
1958 Opel Kapitan
1961 Mercedes 220S

1971 Volkswagen Beetle
1972 Chevrolet Vega
1975 Toyota Corolla
1981 Volvo 262C Bertone
1984 Chrysler New Yorker
1985 Toyota Cressida
1995 Chrysler New Yorker
Current Cars:
1966 Plymouth Barracuda - being restored, was pretty much a rust bucket
1977 MG B Roadster - tinker, tinker, tinker but it keeps running
1985 Toyota Pickup - just to have a small truck, think its going to last forever
1999 Saab 9-3 - nice but weird
2001 Volvo C70 Coupe - absolutely super car
