It's a kit car! Not a Lambo!

Yup, it's pretty close, but I don't think the Countach has those bulges. I'd guess it's Fiero-based (if I remember correctly, we see the interior after the hovercraft runs it over, that might help).

I love when jakie uses it to cut right throw the skirt of the hovercraft with a massive blade he took from a wepons shop

Do we have to call it a Lamborghini Countach even if it's a fake one ?

That's the problem with the replica's :/ It looks like a Countach so people will more likely search it there

Incredibly ugly attempt at the world best super car. Flat windscreen, narrow wheel base, spastic side mirrors. I'm glad it got the chop in the movie... finally justise prevailed.
As for what to call or refer to something like this, I would only refer to it as 'that kit car' and let it be.
There are some real replicas true to shape, dimension, construction formula etc, etc. Check out this New Zealnd mob http://www.countess.co.nz/index2.html Now they know what a real replica is meant to look like.

Easy give aways on most replicas are that the rear vents behind the side windows should not stick out above the roof by very much at all, and the top line of the windshield should not be more than about half the width of the car, and wheel flares should not be the same body piece as the quarter panels.

Yeah, there are some really good Countach replicas but this one looks quite strange

Apparently, one of these kit cars survived and made it to The Netherlands in the 1990's:

^ from above link "...Lamborghini Countach look-a-like. No, this is not a real Countach. This is a replica based on a 1986 Pontiac Fiero V6. 4 of these were built for a film with Jackie Chan. Only this one survived and came to the Netherlands in 1994...."
