English Ford Zephyr or Zodiac MK III |

The white one is clearly a Zephyr, by its lacks of chromed trim on the rear. For the black one (if it's really another one), It's difficult to be sure for me with this caption. |

Agree white is Zephyr, probably Z4. I think black is a second car - it would be very difficult to repaint either car in a way which would not show the underlying colour somewhere in the crash damage, particularly in a running sequence. And first thumb of black one looks as if a 4-headlight grille pressing being smashed, so Zodiac. |

However, the damages were pretty similar. ![]() |

Seems to be witchcraft, but which sort of witchcraft is not obvious. If it's one car, why go to all the effort of recreating the moment, but repaint the car to make it obvious that there's trickery afoot?? |

BTW, actually I didn't notice it could be exact vehicle. I wanted to list black & white separately at first. However, now I'd say superfast-non accurate respraying is easier than twisting body panels. And please note the front wheel in ivory and rear in black. On both cars. ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-08-14 01:15:39 |

Could it be a 'special effect' on post-production ? The white one looks artificially painted on the caption... |
